1. About kinfoldgag

kinfoldgag operates from 205 Pa Tong Beach Road, Kathu, Phuket 83150, Thailand. We provide educational workshops, guided family conversation sessions, and organisational packages that help families understand and manage their own documents and communications. All services are informational and organisational in nature.

2. Nature of Our Services

kinfoldgag is not a law firm, legal practice, financial advisory, or any form of regulated professional service. Our team members are not lawyers, solicitors, financial advisers, counsellors, or licensed practitioners of any profession regulated under Thai law or any other jurisdiction.

Our services are limited to:

• Educational explanation of how family-related administrative processes generally work.
• Helping you sort, label, and organise your own personal documents into a clear system.
• Providing a plain-language directory of official offices, government resources, and community organisations you may wish to contact independently.
• Facilitating calm, structured conversation among family members about shared topics.

Nothing provided in a kinfoldgag session constitutes legal advice, legal representation, financial advice, therapeutic treatment, or any form of professional recommendation. For matters requiring a qualified professional, we will always direct you to the appropriate official channel.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A session is confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us by email and any applicable payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline a booking where our services are clearly unsuitable for the enquiry.

4. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices displayed on our website at the time of booking apply to that booking. We may revise prices for future sessions at any time.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full before or at the time of the session unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed. We accept payment by the methods listed on our booking confirmation. Receipts are issued by email.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By you

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session: full refund, less any payment processing fee.
• Cancellations made 24–72 hours before the session: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: no refund, but we are happy to reschedule to a later date at no additional charge (subject to availability).

By us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, you will receive at least 24 hours' notice and a full refund if you do not wish to reschedule.

7. Confidentiality

We treat everything shared in a session as strictly private. Information you provide will not be disclosed to any third party except where required by Thai law. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how personal data is handled.

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate information when making a booking.
• Treat our team members with respect throughout any session.
• Understand that all decisions arising from information shared in a session remain entirely your own.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, kinfoldgag's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session giving rise to any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses. Because our services are educational and organisational only, we make no representation about outcomes, results, or the suitability of any particular course of action you may choose to take after a session.

10. Intellectual Property

All written materials, worksheets, document templates, and resource guides we provide are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our prior written consent.

11. Website Use

Our website is provided for information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant its completeness. Links to external organisations and government offices are provided as a convenience; we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party sites.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion between us will be referred to the courts of Phuket Province.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Bookings made before a revision are governed by the terms in force at the time of booking.
